이용약관

이 약관은 에데오닉스(Hédéonix), 대표 신연선(Yeonsun Shin)이 제공하는 iPhone 앱 걷씨 GutC와 선택형 Apple Watch 앱의 이용에 적용됩니다.

앱을 다운로드하거나 이용하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침을 확인한 것으로 봅니다. 거주 지역의 강행 소비자보호법이 이 약관보다 우선하는 경우에는 해당 법률을 따릅니다.

걷씨는 대사 건강 관련 약물 치료와 정기 건강검진에 관해 사용자가 직접 입력하거나 허용한 정보를 기억하고 되돌아보도록 돕는 개인 기록 도구입니다. 일정과 실제 복용·투약 기록, 몸과 생활의 관찰, 검사·비용·재고 메모를 정리하고 변화 화면에서 보여줍니다.

걷씨는 의료기기, 진단 서비스, 응급 서비스, 투여량 계산기 또는 치료 권고 서비스가 아닙니다. 약의 처방, 시작·중단, 용량·시각 변경 또는 이상 증상에 관한 판단은 의사·약사 등 적절한 전문가와 상의해야 합니다.

이용자는 입력 내용, 일정, 단위와 알림 설정을 확인해야 합니다. 알림은 기기 상태, 권한, 집중 모드, 배터리, 네트워크, 시간대 또는 운영체제에 따라 늦거나 전달되지 않을 수 있으므로 중요한 치료 판단이나 응급 대응을 알림에만 의존해서는 안 됩니다.

심하거나 갑작스러운 증상, 응급상황 또는 자해 위험이 있으면 앱이 아니라 거주 지역의 응급서비스나 의료기관에 즉시 연락해야 합니다.

Apple 건강 연동은 선택 사항이며 사용자가 허용한 항목에 한해 작동합니다. Apple Watch가 없어도 iPhone 핵심 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. StoreKit, App Store, HealthKit, iCloud 사진과 기기 간 전송은 Apple의 약관·정책과 서비스 상태의 영향을 받습니다.

운영자는 Apple 서비스의 중단, 변경 또는 이용자의 기기·계정 설정을 통제하지 않습니다.

자격이 있는 신규 이용자에게 App Store 구독 상품 화면에 표시된 무료 체험이 제공될 수 있습니다. 무료 체험이 끝나기 전에 취소하지 않으면 확인된 연간 구독 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 실제 가격, 세금, 통화, 체험 자격과 갱신일은 구매 확인 화면이 우선합니다.

구독은 Apple Account의 구독 설정에서 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소는 이미 결제한 기간의 종료 시점에 적용됩니다. 환불은 Apple의 정책과 거주 지역 법률에 따라 Apple에 요청해야 합니다. 구매 복원은 동일한 Apple Account의 이용 권한을 복원하며, 기기에 저장한 건강 기록 자체를 복원하지 않습니다.

구독이 끝나면 새로운 기록 또는 일부 편의 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 다만 앱이 정상적으로 설치되어 있고 기록이 기기에 남아 있는 동안 기존 기록의 열람, 전체 삭제, 제공되는 백업·내보내기 기능은 유지하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

구독 권한과 기록 데이터는 서로 다릅니다. 구독 복원만으로 삭제되거나 분실된 기록이 돌아오지 않으며, 기록 이동에는 사용자가 만든 암호화 백업이 필요합니다.

걷씨는 자체 회원 계정이나 건강정보 서버를 운영하지 않으며 기록은 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱 삭제, 기기 분실·손상·초기화 또는 운영체제 문제로 기록을 잃을 수 있으므로 필요한 경우 암호화 전체 백업을 만들어 안전한 위치에 보관해야 합니다.

운영자는 이용자가 잊은 백업 암호를 복구할 수 없습니다. CSV는 암호화되지 않은 파일이므로 공유와 보관에 주의해야 합니다.

앱 또는 서비스를 불법적인 목적으로 사용하거나, 보안·구매 검증·접근 제한을 우회하거나, 다른 사람의 건강정보를 권한 없이 입력·추출·공개하거나, 앱의 정상 작동 또는 다른 이용자의 권리를 방해해서는 안 됩니다.

걷씨의 명칭, 로고, 토끼굴 세계관, 원화, 화면 구성, 문구와 소프트웨어에 관한 권리는 에데오닉스 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 개인적인 앱 이용을 넘어 복제·배포·변형·판매하거나 권리표시를 제거할 수 없습니다.

보안, 운영체제 호환성, 기능 개선 또는 법령 준수를 위해 앱과 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경은 이 페이지, 앱 또는 App Store 설명을 통해 알립니다.

운영자는 합리적인 주의로 서비스를 제공하지만 모든 기기·운영체제에서 무중단 또는 무오류를 보장할 수 없습니다. 운영자의 고의·중과실, 생명·신체 손해 또는 강행법규상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다. 문의는 고객지원 페이지를 이용해 주세요.

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 기준으로 해석합니다. 다만 이용자의 거주 지역에 적용되는 강행 소비자보호 규정과 법정 관할권을 배제하지 않습니다.

These terms apply to the GutC iPhone app and optional Apple Watch app provided by Hédéonix, represented by Yeonsun Shin.

By downloading or using the app, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence prevails where it cannot lawfully be waived.

GutC is a personal journal that helps users remember and review information they enter or authorize about metabolic-health medication therapy and routine health checks. It organizes scheduled and actual medication entries, body and lifestyle observations, tests, expenses, and inventory notes.

GutC is not a medical device, diagnostic service, emergency service, dose calculator, or treatment recommendation service. Decisions about prescriptions, starting or stopping medication, changing dose or timing, and unusual symptoms must be discussed with an appropriate clinician or pharmacist.

You are responsible for checking entries, schedules, units, and notification settings. Notifications may be delayed or missed because of device status, permissions, Focus modes, battery, network, time zone, or operating-system behavior. Do not rely on an app notification alone for important treatment decisions or emergency response.

For severe or sudden symptoms, an emergency, or a risk of self-harm, contact local emergency services or a medical provider immediately instead of using the app.

Apple Health integration is optional and operates only for categories you authorize. All core iPhone features remain available without Apple Watch. StoreKit, the App Store, HealthKit, iCloud Photos, and device-to-device transfer are governed by Apple’s terms, policies, and service availability.

The operator does not control interruptions or changes to Apple services or the settings of a user’s device or account.

Eligible new users may receive the free trial shown on the App Store subscription sheet. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it automatically renews at the confirmed annual subscription price. The purchase confirmation sheet controls the actual price, tax, currency, eligibility, and renewal date.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple policy and applicable law. Restore Purchases restores entitlement for the same Apple Account; it does not restore health records stored on a device.

When a subscription ends, creation of new entries or some convenience features may be restricted. While the app remains installed and the data remains on the device, the service is designed to keep existing records readable and to retain available deletion, backup, and export controls.

Subscription entitlement and journal data are separate. Restoring a subscription does not bring back deleted or lost records; moving records requires an encrypted backup created by the user.

GutC does not operate a proprietary member account or health-data server. Records are stored primarily on the user’s device. App deletion, device loss, damage, reset, or operating-system failures can cause data loss, so users should create an encrypted full backup when needed.

The operator cannot recover a forgotten backup password. CSV files are not encrypted and must be stored and shared carefully.

You must not use the app unlawfully; bypass security, purchase verification, or access restrictions; enter, extract, or disclose another person’s health information without authority; or interfere with the app, service, or rights of others.

The GutC name, logo, burrow world, illustrations, interface, copy, and software belong to Hédéonix or their lawful rights holders. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, sold, or stripped of rights notices beyond personal use of the app.

The app and these terms may change for security, operating-system compatibility, improvements, or legal compliance. Material changes will be communicated on this page, in the app, or through the App Store description.

The operator uses reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device and operating system. Nothing here limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life or body, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Visit Support for help.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea without excluding mandatory consumer rights or statutory jurisdiction in the user’s place of residence.
